Description: Organised by the West Australian Quilters Association (WAQA), this will be the eighth in a series of juried exhibitions to show the range of innovative and original quilts by WA artists and to raise awareness of the craft of quilting in its contemporary form. Since its inception in 1995 this series of contemporary quilt exhibitions has attracted entries from over 120 textile workers from all parts of Western Australia and has become one of the leading contemporary quilt exhibitions in Australia.

Free floor talks will be given by exhibiting artists at Heathcote Museum & Gallery on the following dates:
1.30pm Saturday 4th September
1.30pm Friday 10th September
1.30pm Wednesday 22nd September

Opening Times: Tuesday - Friday 10-3pm; Saturday - Sunday 11-3pm
