Description: Nigel Hewitt explores the theme 'The Three Romances', sailing, sunsets and the sea. The works on paper involve the artist's distinctive style of layering using many different mediums. The references to navigation and mapping from previous works inform these new paintings also, resulting in a resolved body of work from this well established artist.
