Description: The City of Cockburn is calling local artists to submit a design concept and scaled 3D model for a renewable energy public art sculpture to be commissioned in 2013. All suitable entries will be exhibited at Memorial Hall in May 2013, with the winning piece to be commissioned by the City as a piece of public art!
