Description: Inspired by the notion of 'Black Gold', Aurum aims to take visitors on a journey into the mysterious, the alluring and the extravagant. West Australian painters, jewellers and textile artists explore how visual imagery can capture our imagination and take hold of our emotions though landscapes that are at one subjective and physical, and objects that speak of narrative as well as beauty.
