Description: Sharon Dawes' upcoming exhibiton titled 'Illustrious Animal' focuses on animals found in nursery rhymes. These animals are beautifully and carefully rendered, each one brought to life on a white background, the artist capturing their unique personalities and a certain quirkiness that is irresistable. The opening is at 6pm on Easter Saturday - the perfect time to purchase a chicken or a rabbit!!.

Bec Juniper, daughter of acclaimed artist, Robert Juniper, is an accomplished abstract landscape artist.
Her love of the landscape is reflected in her subtle layering of paint and the use of earthy textures, ochres and oxides. Juniper takes landscapes beyond what we see with our eyes, but explores how we feel and respond to our surroundings.

My work is essentially about journey both real and metaphorical.
Harsh landscapes and sensitive souls.

Description: City of Vincent has commissioned a number of artists to conduct projects and displays for the 2012 Angove Street Festival. Zoe Barry will do some gift graffiti and yarn bombing as well as a community based interactive yarn bombing project.

Event Title: The Power and The Passion- Kimberley photographic exhibition.

Description: This free photographic exhibition which comes to Perth after a successful showing in Broome highlights both the power of the Kimberley landscape and the passion of the people fighting to protect it. It takes you on a journey from the passion of the blockade through to the power of the beauty of James Price Point.

The exhibition features photography from many talented artists all of which will be available for purchase. Proceeds from sales will be shared between the three sponsoring environment groups to help protect the Kimberley.

Perth photographer Bond frequently travels to the south west to find his subject matter,
Kovacsy an artist who lives in Pemberton focuses his camera on Fremantle when away from his studio.
Bond and Kovacsy literally change places in persuing their individual photographic vision and styles.
