Description:
This exhibition showcases the work of Marie-Annick Burridge, Neil Elliott, David Ledger, Cherish Marrington and Rebecca Morgan. 'Remember the Future' is a playful exploration of alternate realities and offers a glimpse into a world of shifting perspectives, flying machines, wild little things and unkempt strays.

Dates: April 28 to May 18.

Call for proposals @ Heathcote Museum & Gallery

Event Title: Call for 2013 exhibition proposals.

Description: Heathcote Museum & Gallery are now calling for exhibition proposals for the 2013 program.

Deadline for 2013 applications is COB 19 May 2012.

The Gallery invites proposals from emerging and established artists, curators, community groups and people wanting to exhibit material within a social history context. The Gallery develops exhibitions in-house, by invitation and through artist proposals.

Attached to this email is a short information sheet on submiting a proposal to Heathcote Museum & Gallery.

Art on the Move - Applications Open

Do you have an exhibition you would like to tour throughout metro and regional WA?

EXHIBITION TOURING APPLICATIONS OPEN: ART ON THE MOVE is seeking applications for exhibitions suitable to enter the State and National Touring Exhibition Program. Curators, galleries and artists welcome to apply.

Exhibitions must be ready to commence touring late 2012 early 2013. Exhibition proposals must be of a high quality and suitable primarily for tour to metropolitan and regional galleries within Western Australia.

Closing Date for applications: 4 pm Monday May 7, 2012

Local Artists & Craftspeople @ Canning Bridge Arts Market

Event Title: Canning Bridge Arts Markets.
Participating Artists: Australian Street Performers, local artists and craftspeople.

Canning Bridge Arts Market,
Kishorn Road between Moreau Mews and First Av, Applecross.

Description: This Arts Market has local street performers, Australian arts and crafts and a sausage sizzle in Kishorn Road, Applecross near Toscanini's between 9 am and 3 pm.

Held on the first Sunday of each month, organised by the Rotary Club of Canning Bridge, profits will go to support the many Rotary projects including the Health Foundation, Polio Plus, Shelter Box etc.

This month we have CBC Fremantle Band, Bush Poets and a Children's Art and Craft Tent.
