44 Years in the Making at Rockingham Arts Centre

Event Title 44 Years in the Making
Participating Artists Yvonne Stuurstraat
Venue Name Rockingham Arts Centre
Venue Address 11 Kent Street
Rockingham 6168
Australia
Description If you like art with a difference then feel free to come along and view this exciting debut solo exhibition by Shoalwater artist Yvonne Stuurstraat.
Whether it be the detail in an eagle's wing or the serenity of a pelican atop the waters off Shoalwater beach or perhaps the vibrant colours of an abstract flame in the forest of our wondrous south-west, this multi-media display has it all.
Yvonne's unique style has developed over the last 44 years culminating in her debut exhibition from November 24 to December 5. She has always loved her art interests but the priorities of raising three children and running a business with her husband of 36 years meant putting her art endeavours on the back burner. Now she is finally able to devote a lot more time to her art.
Yvonne has dedicated this exhibition to her life-long friend Tanya, who sadly passed away in 2014.
The exhibition is at the Rockingham Arts Centre in Kent Street and entry is free.
State Date 11/24/2016
End Date 12/05/2016
Opening Times 9.00am - 4.30pm Daily
