Artist in Residence Program @ Central Greenough historical settlement

Event Title: Central Greenough Artist in Residence Program.

Venue:
Central Greenough historical settlement,
Greenough WA.

Description: The Central Greenough Artist in Residence Program, presented by the City of Greater Geraldton and National Trust, provides successful applicants the opportunity to work and live in the Central Greenough historical settlement for a period of one day to four weeks.

Artists of all disciplines (including dance, inter-arts, media arts, music, theatre, visual arts, and writing and publishing) from all places are invited to apply.

Central Greenough, located 23 km south of Geraldton WA, comprises a varied group of stone buildings in a rural landscape setting. Its twenty buildings reflect stories of religion, commerce, education, social lives, transport, communication, governance and administration.

Artists may (subject to approval) undertake activities throughout the Settlement, and at cultural facilities and schools throughout Greater Geraldton. These facilities include the Queens Park Theatre, Regional Library, and several art galleries and museums.

Please see www.queensparktheatre.com.au/air for more details and the online application.
